Eén route naar meer geluk wordt ‘flow’ genoemd, een boeiende toestand die ontstaat tijdens creatieve of speelse activiteiten, heeft psycholoog Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi ontdekt. Atleten, muzikanten, schrijvers, gamers en religieuze aanhangers kennen dit gevoel. Het komt minder voort uit wat je doet dan uit hoe je het doet.

Het is hoog tijd voor een muzikale route naar (meer) happiness! Leuk om te beseffen dat door het samenspel te oefenen, ben je eigenlijk ook je “flow” aan het oefenen! En hoe leuk om elkaar daarin te ondersteunen. Op het programma staan “gouden oudjes” liedjes die we al eerder hebben gespeeld in de afgelopen workshops – zo komen we wat makkelijker in de flow. We gaan vooral veel spelen, de kleuren onderzoeken, de onderliggende emoties blootleggen: iets meer de verdieping in. Natuurlijk krijg je de muziek in de mailbox bij inschrijving.

It’s high time for a musical route to (more) happiness! Nice to realize that by practicing ensemble playing you are actually also practicing your flow! And how sweet to support each other in the process. The program includes “golden oldies” songs that we have played before in recent workshops – this way we can get into the flow a little easier. We will mainly play a lot, explore the colors, expose the underlying emotions: go into the music with more depth. Of course you will receive the music in your mailbox as soon as you register.
